What If I Need to Work and Can’t Be Home?

Our team is accustomed to working independently on clients’ premises. However, we ask that you discuss this with our team leader before the service day to arrange access to your premises. Please provide a detailed list of the tasks you’d like us to complete and any specific products you’d like us to use on particular surfaces. If you have pets, let us know in advance as well.

Can I Use My Own Equipment and Products?

Absolutely! If you prefer, you can provide your own products and equipment. Otherwise, we are fully equipped to cover both.

What Cleaning Tasks Can I Request on the Service Day?

We can perform any task that improves your premises’ hygiene within a reasonable timeframe. The job list may vary from one household or business to another, including washing, ironing, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, bed changing/making, and general tidying up.

How Often Should I Schedule a Cleaning Service?

Our cleaning services can be tailored to your specific needs, whether you prefer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly visits.

Can I Change My Service Day?

Yes, you can contact our team leader directly if you need to change your service day. Please inform us at least one day in advance so we have enough time to reschedule our visit.

You can speak directly to our team leader, who will help you resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

How Do I Pay for Your Cleaning Services?

You can pay by cash, cheque, or electronic funds transfer (EFT) after each service.
